Prepare the eye area with Primer Potion shadow primer to set the shadow and avoid creasing. Allow to dry for a few seconds.

Start by smoothing the City Lights eyeshadow, light sand tone, over the entire brow bone area.

Next, apply Heart shadow, a high sheen Light violet rose shade over the bottom lid, stopping 2/3rds of the way from the outer corner.

Follow with the Passionate Plum eyeshadow, a deep red plum that's Incredibly creamy and gives a rich, smooth finish. Sweep the color across the entire crease area of the eye, extending the shadow out past the lashes. Lightly sweep the shadow under the bottom lash line.
