This is a step by step tutorial to create a dramatic brown smokey eye. Here is everything you need from what eyeshadow shades to use to which brushes you need. This application consists of colors in brown, with a coppery crease and golden apricot highlight.

Prepare the eye area with Primer Potion shadow primer to set the shadow and avoid creasing. Allow to dry for a few seconds.

Start by applying the Stila smudge pot liner in brown over the entire eyelid with fingertips, stopping at the crease and blending. Allow to dry completely before starting next step.

Next, sweep the highlight eyeshadow in True Gold across lids and up to the brow bone, then blend Saucy, a rich cinnamon color into the entire eye crease, extending slightly out past the lashes.
