Eyeliner tips for Close Set Eyes
Your goal when applying eye makeup to close set eyes is to make your eyes look further apart.
To widen the shape of close set eyes with eyeshadow, you'll want to create light near the nose and dark near the outer corners of the eyes. To do this, apply light shades from the inner corner of the eye to the middle of the eye and extend the light shadow past the inner corner, towards the nose. Also apply highlight eyeshadow across the browbone to open the eye.

Apply a dark, contrasting eyeshadow at the very corner of the outer eye.

For the crease area, apply the shadow heavier to the outer corner and sweep into towards the inner eye, keeping the coverage light, but blended.
Cat eyes are the perfect look for a close set of eyes. Since the eyeliner extends past the outer corner, this gives the illusion of width. For the bottom lids of close set eyes, apply eyeliner a tad bit heavier in the outer corners of the eyes and less towards the nose.
Eyebrow tips for Close Set Eyes
The shape of an eyebrow can do wonders when trying to reshape the contours of your facial shape. With close set eyes, you'll want to extend your eyebrows at the outer edges and broaden the width of the nose area between the eyebrows. To do this start plucking the eyebrows directly above the inner corner of the eye. Create your arch a little off balance by making the highest point of the eyebrow more towards the outer corner of the eye. If your brows don't extend past your eye shape naturally, use a brow filler or eyebrow pencil to extend the line.
Fake Eyelash tips for Close Set Eyes
False eyelashes placed properly can dramatically widen an eye set.  Use individual false eyelashes only at the outer corner of the eyes for a doe, wide eyed look.
